The Micro is a new machine specifically designed for home use; although it can be used commercially (ideal for teaching virtual classes from home, or group classes in small rooms or multi purpose room, great option for outdoor classes, rooftops, etc..). The Micro is adaptable to all fitness level and was designed for both men and women. It is small, light weight, portable, and amazingly versatile. It is designed to fit in places the Mega can’t.
Just like the Mega, the Micro is designed to strengthen, tighten, and tone the muscles. The Micro exercises focus mainly on Core, muscular strength, and muscular endurance.
The Micro lets you enjoy the Lagree workout from the comfort and safety of your home; however, because of its reduced size, you will not be able to perform all the movements you may be used to do on the Mega. For example, you cannot perform any laying on the back exercises or cable exercises like the Scrambled Eggs and Sexy Back. However, you will be able to do all the “Essentials LAGREE moves” such as Lunge, skating, standing inner, Wheelbarrow, Plank, Bear, etc… and all these movements will feel identical to the Mega.
6 MINUTES WORKOUT (VIDEO)In addition, because the Micro is so close to the floor, you can combine any movement with the floor (for example, when you perform a Floor Lunge, you can place your foot anywhere on the floor) which gives the Micro an incredible range of motion and accommodate people up to 6’8” which cannot be accomplished on the Mega.
ADVANCED MOVES (VIDEO)
There are 4 springs on the Micro: 2 heavy (Red) and 2 light (Black)
The light spring (Black) is the same strength as the Yellow spring on the M3 or about 9 LBS of tension at full extension. The heavy spring (Red) is a little less strong than the Red spring on the M3 or about 25 LBS of tension at full extension. Overall, the tension is very similar but because the Micro is 1/3 the size of a Mega, the spring load had to be adjusted.
You can attach a second rear platform for exercises like the Reverse Giant Wheelbarrow. You will need to screw in the rear platform into the base unit. You need the rear platform if you want to add the handles on the rear.
